What is your vehicle reconditioning process?
Before being placed on the lot or showroom, all our new and pre-owned vehicles are inspected and serviced by our Kia-certified technicians. If we don’t have the proper tools for your specific car model, we will send it to another reputable garage. The vehicle will be put through an extensive detailed process including hand wash, carpet/ interior surface cleaning, power polishing, rim repair, dent removal, etc.
What if my vehicle is damaged in transit?
In this unlikely scenario, the damage would be discovered during one of the multiple inspections and noted on the bill of lading. Since all our transport partners are fully insured, the damage would be quickly remedied at no cost to you.
Will I need an inspection when I get my car?
If you’re driving or shipping your car to another province, you’ll need to get an out-of-province inspection, so your vehicle will be insured and registered. All our cars are serviced in order to pass this inspection, which should only cost around $100. We will also supply any service documentation over email should you need it.
What are the advantages of a Kia Certified Pre-owned vehicle?
Kamloops Kia’s CPOs give you the best value and peace of mind in a used Kia car, truck, or SUV. All CPOs have a 172-point mechanical inspection, 12-month comprehensive warranty, 7-year limited powertrain warranty, and 24-hour roadside assistance.
What if my vehicle doesn’t have a factory or CPO warranty anymore?
Not a problem! Our finance and service departments can suggest a reasonable aftermarket warranty that will suit your specific driving needs. All our used cars, even non-Kia brands are given mechanical inspections and any service work necessary. Only quality pre-owned stock makes it onto the Kamloops Kia lot.
Why should I buy a BC vehicle over one from my home province?
Good question! The primary reason why our out-of-town customers come to Kamloops is because BC vehicles are generally in noticeably better condition than those from Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Yukon. Why? It’s simple. BC’s climate is much milder than the rest of Canada’s, so our cars and trucks are protected from the damaging salt, gravel, hailstorms, and potholes that plague other provinces.
Do you offer protection packages and 3M?
Yes, our detail department has extra protection packages, like paint sealant, leather treatment, and carpet stain guard. We also provide professionally installed window tint and custom 3M rock-chip protection before you pick up your new car. Our finance department has many good deals that can easily be added to your contract.
